*Application - NTSO Philharmonic Member Card

NTSO Philharmonic Member Card
Dear Music Lovers,
NTSO thanks you for your long-term support and encouragement. Your participation in the NTSO’s concerts and music/educational events makes classical music sound in every corner of Taiwan.
NTSO was originally the Taiwan Provincial Symphony Orchestra and had issued the TPSO Member Card. However, since our unit was reorganized as part of the Council of Cultural Affairs (Executive Yuan) and renamed the National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra (NTSO), member services were interrupted. To bring music lovers closer to us and enable us to share the newest music and event information with you, the NTSO has restored the Member System and launched the new NTSO Member Card. Multiple discounts and benefits are made exclusive to members as a token to express our thanks for your support.

Special Reminders to NTSO Members:
  • • The NTSO Member Card is issued exclusively for use of the applicant. Please do not loan our your member card.
  • • To protect your rights, please sign on the back of the card immediately upon receiving of the NTSO Member Card.
  • • The NTSO Member Card is valid for NTSO’s events nationwide.

    • 1. Member Card holders receive the newest event information from the NTSO with priority.

    • 2. Member Card holders enjoy 20% discount for all NTSO events. Please download and fill out the ticket purchase form, fax it back to NTSO, and call the office to confirm your reservation. For all confirmed reservations, Member Card holders only need to show up one hour before the event and pay for the ticket(s) onsite with presentation of the NTSO Member Card.

    • 3. Exclusive to NTSO Member Card holders, the NTSO reserves an area of prestigious seats to the members for a fraction of the normal costs in our annual concert each year. Tickets are sold pending on the availability of the limited number of seats.

    • 4. Card Members have the privilege to reserve seats through fax. Please fill out information, including name of the member, number of member card, date of the event, and number tickets requested, in detail. Upon receiving the fax, the NTSO will make corresponding booking and reserve the tickets and the member should come forward to claim and pay for the tickets onsite in person. Members who have made ticket reservations and failed to show up at the event for two times will be banned from using this service.

    • 5. NTSO Member Card holders may make requests to our service staff for stamp collection before and after the concerts or during the intermission. Please present your ticket stubs and membership card upon request. A collection of five stamps may be exchanged for a CD of NTSO or a souvenir. Please visit the NTSO office or mail your stamp collection card to the NTSO Research and Development Office.

    • 6. NTSO Member Card holders are entitled to participate in the NTSO’s music seminars nationwide free of charge.

    • 7. For lost or damage of the member card, please apply to the NTSO for replacement. Service charges may apply and please enclose return postage if the member card is to be retuned through mail.

Please fill out, sign, and print out the form below and fax/mail it to the NTSO's Research and Development Office.
