We sincerely appreciate your support and encouragements through the years. You have been a significant part of our effort to promote classical music and music education in Taiwan. We look forward to seeing you in future concerts. Since the renaming of the orchestra to the current “National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra” under the supervision of Council of Cultural Affairs, Executive Yuan, we have issued 【NTSO Philharmonic Member Card】 to replace the 【Provincial Orchestra Membership Card】. We hope to continue to serve you and to provide you with concert information. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

The following regulation and benefit will be applied to the 【NTSO Philharmonic Member Card】：

1. The card is valid only to NTSO Philharmonic members. It is not transferable.
2. Please sign your card on the back as soon as you receive it.
3. The card may be used nation-wide to any of the NTSO’s activities.
4. The NTSO Philharmonic members will be informed of all performances and activities in advance.
5. The NTSO Philharmonic members will enjoy a 20% discount on all NTSO concerts. Simply download the order form on the NTSO’s website and reply by email or fax. Please confirm the reservation by calling the office. The ticket(s) will be available one hour before each performance. Make sure that you bring your 【NTSO Philharmonic Member Card】.
6. A limited quantity of tickets for special events (i.e. Anniversary Concert) will be available at a discount price for The NTSO Philharmonic members.
7. The NTSO has the right to terminate membership if the reserved and confirmed tickets were not picked up and paid for more than twice.
8. The NTSO Philharmonic members may collect stamps from NTSO staff during the intermission of each performance. Gifts or CD will be awarded to those who collect five stamps.
9. The NTSO Philharmonic members are invited, free of charge, to all lectures and symposium held by the NTSO.
10. All lost 【NTSO Philharmonic Member Card】 should be reported to the NTSO. A nominal fee plus shipping and handling charges may apply.
